We Are Back IN rockdale

On Saturday 3rd July, we opened our doors for training again in Rockdale. We are now located in Rockdale Fitness First. This purpose built BJJ training facility means that our team has access to great instructors in an awesome gym setting. Members have access to weights, cardio equipment, a swimming pool, sauna, and showers.
We have a busy timetable with morning, lunch, evening, and weekend classes.
We have classes for everyone including: little ninjas, kids, teens, women's, beginners, adults, and kick boxing.

Our Rockdale Teachers

Professor Paulo Guimaraes
Black belt (6th Degree) is Head Instructor at the gym.

Professor Gustavo Guimaraes 
Black belt (5th Degree) will be teaching adults and children's classes at the gym.

Professor Manel Betancourt
Black belt Manuel has been teaching at ROOTS BJJ for several years, he is coming on to teach our early morning classes.

Maite Lopes
We are proud to announce that Maite is joining us as our women's class teacher and one of our kids' class teachers.. She's BJJ purple belt and a judo brown belt. She is also a school teacher.
